PRODUCTION PERSONNEL:
Do you have any type of construction experience? Are you a CDL driver? Would you like to be home every night? Do you have asphalt or concrete experience? Would you like to work with a positive, happy group of people? We offer continuous technical and supervisory training along with advancement opportunities. Further, Tucson Asphalt has a superior safety record.

SUPERVISORS:
We always have a need for experienced production supervisors who can manage & motivate people. (Don't worry about the "technical stuff," we'll give you the training if you have some mechanical ability.)

SALES:
We have an ongoing need for knowledgeable sales and management personnel. Don't worry about the "technical stuff," we can teach that if you have the right attitude and want to work with a fun group on people. (No grouchy people, please.)

ESTIMATOR / PROJECT ENGINEER:
looking for people with the right combination of education and experience to perform estimating and/or project engineering duties."

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Are you experienced in direct customer contact? Would you enjoy working in an informal atmosphere where you are important and an integral part of the entire team? Our office is near Ruthrauff and I-10, (an easy commute from most sides of the Tucson area).

FOREMAN:
Needed For All Departments: Asphalt, Grading, and Sealcoating. Salary Range: $26,000 - $46,000 per year, seeking several qualified Foremen for our Asphalt, Grading, and Sealcoating Departments. Qualified applicants must be able to oversee job site operations and delegate specific job duties. Must be accountable for team’s adherence to standard operating procedures with the demonstration of leadership skills. Must be able to evaluate material and manpower as needed according to job site specifications. Responsible for job completion with estimated time and cost. Will be responsible for all trucks, equipment, and inspections for proper settings and usage. Other duties include reporting time for employees and completion of work site paperwork. Must enforce and promote company’s safety policies. Must have strong communication skills and basic math skills. Skills in management, a valid commercial driver license and Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

ASPHALT TECHNICIANS:
Seeking several qualified experienced Asphalt Technicians, must be able to operate a paver, roller and be able Lute. Using proper techniques to achieve smooth surface and proper drainage. CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement preferred. Pay ranges from $10 - $17 per hour based on experience.

GRADE TECHNICIANS:
Seeking qualified experienced Grade Technicians, must be able to operate a gannon, roller, water truck, and be able to read plans, check grade stakes and use proper techniques to achieve smooth surface and proper drainage. CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement preferred. Pay ranges from $10 - $17 per hour based on experience.

DRIVERS:
Seeking several qualified experienced Drivers with valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement and Air Brakes. Pay $12 and up depending on experience in asphalt work.
